Where should I plant my pandora bush?

I'm not sure about this plant, because they have no attachment to him when I bought it. All you have is a sticker on the boat that Shrub says Pandora. I wonder if this plant does best in full sun, partial sun or shade. I also wonder how often should be watered. Any information would be helpful.

It needs full sun and> mild, moderate, irrigation <extreme. They are very beautiful plants, eh?
