Has anyone bought a "Green Envy Echinacea" Perrennial?

I bought one, was a little expensive for a Echinacea (cone flower), but I was hoping for a new variety. Is assumed to grow flower petals that are colored in lime green and pink edges toward the center. My flowers are color rose, I saw a flower with a hint of lime green on the very edge, but is a disappointment. The person who ordered it from stated that the time may have an effect on color, along with other environmental factors. Did I do something wrong with the watering and feeding of this plant? I want to be patient, but I have seen other plants that look more the description of green envy. It makes me think that mine is somehow transformed into a pink flower.

Different varieties of the original plant occur due to hybridization. This only means that two plants had different qualities that a person liked, but wanted the same floor.
